I think Magoosh is good because it usually has tricky questions, unlike real test has, which in turn, trains one's ability to understand better. Guys, Today I recieved my test results. I could not believe I got a 91. I know it is not a 110 but for me it was a big deal. Recently, I got a scholarship to study abroad, and the only obstacle in the middle of the path was getting a 90 or more in the toelf. Bringing to consideration my intermediate level of English and only 20 days of preparation, I knew this will be a challenge. So, I did everything you told me to do. I watched TED videos, read the NY Times, talked to people, studied grammar, learned phrasal verbs... EVERYDAY, and finally I got what I wanted. I am so glad I found you guys. I had very good English to begin with, but I found the practice questions (especially those for the reading and listening sections) extremely useful. The reading passages and the listening materials were way harder than the actual test, and thus on the test itself I felt completely prepared. |
